Welcome to Our Terms & Conditions

  1. CellularPort offers a limited 7-day warranty on all parts and labor associated with the repairs performed by us.

  2. We will only fix the problem that you request us to fix. Any additional problems found during diagnosis or after fixing will incur additional repair charges.

  3. No warranty is provided for liquid damages, jailbroken or rooted phones, devices previously repaired, or issues related to the motherboard, backlight, IC touch, etc.

  4. Broken or cracked screens, damaged LCDs, and water-damaged devices are excluded from the warranty.

  5. The warranty does not cover future accidents, physical damage, mishandling, improper interfacing, or improper repairs by others.

  6. Repairs may require a software or hardware reset of your device. Customers are advised to back up their data before repair. CellularPort is not responsible for any data loss.

  7. Customers have 30 days after the repair is completed to collect their devices. If a device cannot be collected within 30 days, the customer must notify us. Unclaimed devices may be recycled.

  8. We do not support returns or refunds on repairs. A refund may be issued if the repair cannot be completed using our services.

  9. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  10. Any services conducted on your device may void the manufacturer’s warranty and affect its waterproof or water-resistant status.

  11. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  12. The warranty does not cover future accidents like any physical damage, mishandling, improper interfacing, or improper repairs by someone. .

  13. CellularPort is a Tech Repair business in Houston. We would like to use A2P messages to inform our customers with real-time updates on repair status, appointment reminders, and exclusive offers.

  14. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

  15. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@cellularport.com .

  16. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  17. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 10-15 messages. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
