Welcome to Our Terms & Conditions

  1. CellularPort offers a Limited 7 Days warranty on all Parts and Labour associated with the Repair done by us.

  2. We will only fix the problem that you would request us to fix. Any additional Problems found during diagnosis or after Fixing, then additional repair charges will be applied.

  3. No warranty on Liquid damages, jailbroken, rooted Phone or devices that had been repaired before issues related to Motherboard, Backlite, IC touch etc.

  4. Broken or Cracked screen or damage Lcd or Water damage devices are already out of warranty.

  5. The warranty does not cover future accidents like any physical damage and any mishandling, improper interfacing and improper repair by someone.

  6. Repair may require us to Software/ Hardware reset your Device. Customers are advised to back up any data on the Device being repair.CellulaPort is not responsible for any Data loss.

  8. Any services conducted to your Device may void any Manufacture warranty Provided by Manufacturer. And will not be longer waterproof or water resistant.

  9. Customers have 30 days after actual repair is completed to collect the device. If a device cannot be collected within 30 days, the customer must notify us when the device will be collected. If a customer fails to notify us or pick the device up, CellularPort will recycle it.

  10. We do not support returns or refunds on any repairs. A refund might be issued if the repair could not be completed using our services.

  11. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
